Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Should you cancel outside of 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded (minus payment transaction and applicable non-refundable fees). Should you cancel prior to14 of your arrival date, you will be 50% refunded (minus payment transaction and applicable non-refundable fees). Cancellations within 14 days require the full reservation value to be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation.

The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of cancellation.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
